Greetings, my name is Laurie and I am visiting stylist to Na'Klectic Natural Hair Salon and Spa. I hold a B.A. in Journalism from Howard University and a Certificate in Dance Training and Development from the Ballet Creole School of Performing Arts in Toronto, Canada. I am a native Baltimorian currently living in New York City where I am a professional dancer and teaching artist. I bring my style and creativity to hair techniques including two strand twist, single/comb twist, flat twist, lock maintenance (including palm roll and interlocking), starter locks, curl/rodding locks and lock styling. I have honed my hair care talents in salons throughout Washington D.C., Toronto, Canada and Brooklyn, N.Y. It is a blessing to be working with the Na'Klectic family and an absolute pleasure to serve and exchange ideas in the Baltimore community.
